Design principles will inform designers to help design cohesive experiences across the many different products that they offer to their customers. It will also speed up decision-making and help designers give and receive better design feedback.
Why are am I doing this? What is the problem?
Currently, Heartland Payments have over 50 modern and legacy products.
What are some goals?
1. Help physically disabled people put on shoes easier
2. Help physically disabled people reduce the amount of time for them to put on shoes
3. Design a physical shoe for people to wear
Who am I designing this for?
I am designing principles for our designers, stakeholders, and ultimately the end-user who are using Heartland's products.
